Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts (if the hygiene seal has been broken)
- Tops (if the original packaging has been opened)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Credit card refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
