Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Closet Muse purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts if the hygiene seal has been broken
- Tops if the original packaging has been opened
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Credit card refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference.
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
