7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Hoodies & Sweatshirts if the hygiene seal has been broken
• Tops if the original packaging has been opened

7.3 Return Process

3. Package item securely in original packaging
4. Ship using a trackable method to our returns address

7.4 Refunds
